Author Ada Ari comes to visit Little Run!
The PTA was excited to present African Storytelling Reimagined with Ada Ari on March 13th at Little Run! This was our first in-person Cultural Arts assembly since 2019! Check out some of the photos from the assembly below!

We learned a new dance that got us all off of our feet!
The Golden Stool is only allowed to be sat on by the King or Queen and cannot touch the ground.
We got to see traditional Kente Cloth that is only worn on special occasions.
Students got to create their own band and play some of the instruments!
We practiced balancing using our heads!
Students got to dress up in traditional Kente Cloth.
We practiced sweeping with brooms.
