We are proud to share that we had 40+ Little Run staff members attend Region 5's Behavior Solutions professional development, led by one of the authors, Dr. Jessica Hannigan. Dr. Hannigan provided the who, what, why, and how around support for students and staff as we continue to prioritize our students' academic and social-emotional needs. Dr. Hannigan took us through the 4 Cs of a classroom, where we discussed climate, communication, curriculum, and culture. We had the opportunity to plan with our smaller team in the afternoon, where we had rich conversations about our current practices and ways to ensure clarity of behavior commitments for all stakeholders. Little Run is a Professional Learning Community (PLC), and our work is to ensure all students learn at high levels.
